Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final once an order has been fulfilled.

Paperback Books:
Paperback book orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement.

Digital Products:
Digital books and other downloadable products may be canceled before the file has been downloaded. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is final and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
